The AW3872 is a 10-port multiband omnidirectional canister antenna with a 360° of horizontal beamwidth. This canister antenna has six ports for low band 1695 – 2690 MHz and four ports for mid band 3400 – 3800 MHz ports which is housed in an ultra-compact 2-foot radome. This antenna is a visually appealing solution to deliver 4G and 5G services for high-capacity venues, hot spots, and urban environments. This AW3872 omni canister antenna provides a strong signal to noise ratio throughout the entire cell which is afforded through its wide elevation beamwidth, high gain, and minimal azimuth pattern ripple.
The dual band AW3872 provides a single antenna platform that supports 2×2 MIMO and 4×4 MIMO for 2.5GHz BRS, AWS, PCS, and 3.5 GHz CBRS deployments. The antenna can be configured for mounting on lamp posts, utility poles, walls, and many other vertical structures. The AW3872 is designed to be installed in urban environment where low visual impact is required.
